We accept major payment methods. Contract terms are included in proposals and specify deposit amounts, payment schedule milestones, and final acceptance criteria. For larger commercial projects we provide detailed invoicing schedules and retainage terms if required.

Warranty and follow-up

Our estimates include warranty terms for workmanship. After completion we conduct a final walkthrough and provide guidance for maintenance. If an issue arises, contact our office and we will schedule an inspection and resolution per warranty terms.
